I like all of these tips not just for remote work but for office work too:
Make sure your are comfortable and healthyBad posture can create back pain, so make sure you have a comfy chair and sit up straight while you are at your desk.
Standing up while working can also help to improve your posture and prevent back problems.
Try to get regular exercise when you can and take short breaks from work when needed.
Drinking green tea during work hours can help to improve brain function and boost productivity.
I agree. Varidesk has some great products that allow you to easily adjust from standing to sitting throughout the day. I have one in the office right now and I'm definitely going to get one if I move into a home office.
Agreed, the ability to adjust between sitting and standing is important for any good work environment.
