Super interesting moment: government agency uses social media to gently but firmly educate people (most of them seem like pretty young people) about the consequences of the Bay Area's decades-long lack of infrastructure investment and anti-growth policies.

Seems like using Twitter for this is less effective than writing longer, more permanent posts about it.

Or is the point that one-on-one responses is the best way to educate people about something like why BART is having issues?
