Me too. I figured it was a feature designed to let you know vibration mode is still on...
This used to happen to me 5-10x a day, but has gone away almost 100% over the past year or so. It still happens to me about 2x a week. This is a very real thing. It's amazing how your nerves remember and replay stimulations.
