Kale and White Bean Soup

I found a pound of (kinda old) dried cannellini beans in the cupboard, and this looks like the best way to use them.

Ooooo! This is going to be great.

 8 carrots is a ridiculous amount of carrots for this amount of soup. I used 4 smallish ones and it worked out fine.

I made some with onions, sweet peppers, chicken/apple sausage, fresh kale, kale and pear pulp from what I've juiced (and drunk), a little jerk sauce, butternut squash soup, and hot water with dissolved chipotle boullion.  Canned cannellini go in when almost done.  It's savory, spicy and a little sweet.  godimhungry.
