First off, Nicki Minaj has reinstated her Twitter account so she has a place to complain again.

Also, Sarah Silverman's Twitter still exists, too.

Twitter gives celebrities 30 days to reinstate their accounts. Nicki activated hers after a week.

I can't find anything online about Sarah Silverman suspending her account.
