Some helpful tips for having efficient meetings:

1) Don't meet if you don't need to meet.

2) If you must meet, invite as few people as possible.

3) Have a specific agenda. Start on time, end on time.

4) Remove all chairs if you can.

5) After the meeting, follow through.

Seems simple, doesn't it?

Simple still requires discipline.

@ifindkarma #3 (specific agenda) is critically important.

I concur.

An agenda is an outline of all the points or topics that need to be discussed in the given amount of time.

In general, the fewer the points or topics in the meeting, the better that meeting will be.
