1) Overconfidence. Be proud. Be a little cocky. It pays off.

2) Offices that are decorated by employees. Beats the hell out of crappy motivational posters.

3) Happiness. Seek it and help those around you attain it.

Our office is entirely filled with pandas... stuffed pandas, panda toys, candy-dishes and pillows in the shape of pandas, pictures of pandas. Does it make us more productive? I dunno... but it probably does make us happier.

I'd say that's two out of three. :)
