Cute idea for a casual party: make par-baked pizza crusts on the stovetop the day before, then top and broil them when you're ready to eat.

You had me at pizza.

This is a good idea...what I usually do is roll out my dough, made in bulk, and freeze flat....Then I take it out one at a time. This looks good. I'll compare.
