So Who Owns the Website? No one. Each functional group owns outcomes, and the website is a tool for achieving those goals. It is an important tool, but not the only one.

I don't like this at all.

I like the concept of Directly Responsible Individual -- the person responsible for getting any particular thing done in an organization.
