I've been looking for a good spaghetti squash recipe because it is one of the few vegetables I have been unable to find a delicious way to fix. When in doubt, add bacon and cheese!!!

We have been using it in place of spaghetti, also have used it for Pad Thai, it's really good!

Cool, nice to get your veggies in, and skip the grains ;)  Lots of creative substitutes, just need to make the switch.
