Why does the boy look unhappy?

Me? I had a perfect longboard small waves and I was on the other side of the planet. It wasn't easy sitting there for either of us...That's my Son, Lucas. He was 8 months old here on Hot Water Beach in NZ. He and I were taking our first glimpse into watching waves at the shore outside of USA We trekked through a river, down a hill, and over a live lava flow to the beach to watch!?  There was thought to see he and I not ride. Although the locals were all for it we decided family peace was best. :-) 

I'm  certain what you're seeing is the power on the Sun... It was one of the greatest moment of my life.

Ah! The sun! It puts me in that mood too.

I've never been to New Zealand but you do look truly content in this picture.
