A friend of the show who recalls our last locally filmed highlight reel from American Ninja Warrior sends this clip from the Fair Park finals that aired this week in which New Jersey native-turned-San Antonio resident Kacy Catanzaro slays the course. The clip’s been making the virtual roundswith good reason: Catanzaro’s the first woman to finish the torturous obstacle course, which makesWipeout look like a grade-school field day. As the former gymnast told our Sarah Blaskovich back in March, when they were filming in front of the Hall of State, “The best guy could go out on any obstacle.” But, clearly, not the best woman, as you’ll see when you watch all the way to the end … and then rewatch it.
