I'm always looking to upgrade my winter vegetable game, and this looks like a super flavorful recipe!

Using vinegar, orange juice, and cumin were inspired flavor choices. 

I'm all about the apples. :)

Apples with turkey?! Wow.

Apples and cabbage and vinegar and smoked meat is a classic flavor combo... as is orange juice and cumin. I've never seen them all together like this though. Might be too much at once.

Much as I hate to agree with HB, it was too much all at once. :(
