Cool vision:

• A woman leaves prison and finds safety at a local shelter.
• She's referred to Carroll's Kitchen and moves into a house with two other women and a mentor. 
• She's trained in the restaurant, learning employable skills and gaining self-confidence. 
• She learns life skills like time management and budgeting, and receives counseling from our partners. 
• She graduates feeling empowered by having access to resources & opportunity to live like all things are possible. 
• She starts her own bakery and employs other women from a local shelter. And the cycle continues!
