What a little walking can do!

On march 3rd 2012 she weighed 265lbs...she decided to make a few small changes in her life..... she began walking more and eating less...
On december 18th 2012 those small changes have paid off! 90lbs lost so far! =D
At various points in my life, I've lost 30 pounds, 30 pounds, and 25 pounds. The tough part is keep it off as I get older!
Basically, every day you have to work to keep it off.
