Does your body reflect your thoughts or is it a feedback loop?
It sounds like it's a feedback loop. Who knew you could make yourself happier by holding a pencil between your teeth? Forced smiles make you feel like really happy.
Happiness itself is an elaborate set of feedback loops, it seems. Fascinating!
