I was surprised to find that even though we all believe that sunscreen slows down the signs of skin aging... until now, there have been no very well-designed studies that definitively PROVE that this is so. Apparently it is not that easy to get hundreds of fair-skinned adults to use suncreen daily for 4.5 years, and then take "skin casts" which are judged for signs of aging. Good on ya, Australian scientists!
I'm glad someone finally did the science on this. Thank you Australia!
