At first I thought this was a joke but actually, seems legit.
Yep, it is an interesting concept. I am waiting for Intel to invent brain scanning that makes teenagers (like mine) safer to society. On second thought, that may have limited success since a teen has only a partially developed pre-frontal cortex. :-0

Right, good point! Though that still wouldn't protect you from being run over by a skateboard.
