I love the Eisenhower Matrix:

The key is to not let anything get to urgent and important.

I also love the Flow Model:

The key is to avoid burnout and boredom.

Eric misused the term "dilemma" in his fourth way of resolving life's toughest questions. A dilemma is a choice between two bad options, e.g. Sophie's Choice of sacrificing her daughter or son to the Nazi ovens--that's a dilemma.

Helping somebody decide which of two cities to move to for a career change is not, i.e. what's pulling you and what's holding you method doesn't apply to dilemmas, but perhaps it's a nice model for choosing between two best options.

Apparently life is much much easier for people these days if making a career choice is considered a dilemma...

Dilemmas cover worst case scenarios, so perhaps it's best to consider worst case scenarios when making career choices.
