the first half of sky fall was solid. then it fell apart.

Did they just forget how to end a story well?

 The whole story was written just for the 50-year anniversary or whatever, I'm certain.

Sad, because while they created nostalgia for all their classic fans, they lost potential new fans like me.

Bond needs to go the Batman route. It's campy and a joke right now; Casino Royale brought it back to reality...but then they lost their way with Quantum of Solace -- which I could bear, hoping for a third bender on the Quantum organization -- and are now in outer space with Skyfall. 

I literally have no reason to look forward to the next Bond. So there's a new money penny and new M and new Q and Q is Robert Frobisher....but beyond that?
