Now if I could only learn to lie to myself... maybe I could program fitbit to.
I do this to myself all the time, I don't pay too much attention to how much I slept, if I do, then I will feel groggy all day when I have perceived I didn't get enough. It does work!
Well then I will have to try this the next time it happens to me.
