This is very much inline with things Eric Barker has written about getting good sleep.

I don't know about the water drinking ;)

Because it makes you wake up with a full bladder?

Because for some, it would disrupt sleep, as you would get woke up in the middle of the night by your bladder :(

Ah then it's a good idea to not drink water before bed.
