I like this. It's about being healthier, not letting exercise run your life.
It fits in alongside standing and 60-second meditation as small things you can do to improve your health.
10 minute health breaks instead of a smoke break
Well, yes. Will companies give its employees health breaks?
Because that would be awesome.
