I saw that on Steve Blank's website when it originally appeared two days ago.

Then I though about this piece that I wrote last week:

Always listen to your customers, but don't always do what they say

My very thought is that Steve Blank is so much smarter than me. We have the same conclusion, but he makes the case way better.
