It's funny how no one these days can admit that they're doing a stupid thing to lose weight quickly -- what we used to call a "crash diet" in the olden days -- and have to somehow justify their vanity with appeals to health, hygiene, and "energy". This article has some actual decent advice about why intermittent fasting or just eating a lot of veggies for a while might be more beneficial than drinking lemon water with cayenne.
Eating a lot of veggies for a while seems a lot healthier than the drinking cayenne water "cleanse".
Detoxing sounds like a load of bull compared to just eating well.
